in studio with: Write This Down
Pete is currently putting finishing touches on the second album by Tooth & Nail Records artist Write This Down.
The Minneapolis hardcore band came to Seattle and started the recording process of their sophomore album with Pete in late November. The band wanted to focus on a defined sound for the record that focused on the heavier and more aggressive elements of the band’s first album. And, with Pete, that’s exactly what they’ve done.
just finished: Whitney Monge
Seattle’s up and coming Whitney Monge just finished her EP Steadfast with Pete at the production and engineering helm.
Whitney is a Pike Place Market street performer who raised all of her album budget online…and with a voice that’s strong and undeniable containing elements reminiscent of Tracy Chapman and Janis Joplin. Pete and his crew recorded the EP at Red Room Studios in Seattle.

Seattle Sounders FC Rock Anthem
The rock anthem heard multiple times at Qwest Field at every one of the Seattle Sounder’s home games during their 2010 MLS season and on television was an original composition called “The Last Sound” written, produced and performed by Pete (with his band Grammatrain).
